Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using WagerAdvice.com.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WagerAdvice.com (the "Platform"), including all content, features, and services offered on or through the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

WagerAdvice is operated by WagerAdvice LLC ("WagerAdvice," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

WagerAdvice is an AI-powered sports betting analysis platform that provides data-driven predictions, statistical analysis, and informational content across multiple sports and leagues, currently including NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAA Football, UFC/MMA, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, Champions League, and Europa League. Coverage of additional leagues (including MLS, Premier League, and ATP/WTA tennis) may be added or removed from time to time as described on /methodology.

Our services include automated predictions generated by proprietary statistical models, an AI chat assistant for matchup and betting analysis, odds comparison tools, and related informational content.

WagerAdvice does not facilitate, process, or place bets. We do not operate as a sportsbook, bookmaker, or gambling operator. All content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility and Minimum Age

You must satisfy the minimum age requirement for your jurisdiction to create or maintain an account on WagerAdvice. The minimum ages we enforce at signup are:

Canada (CA): nineteen (19) years of age.
All other countries: twenty-one (21) years of age.

By creating an account you represent and warrant that (i) you meet the applicable minimum age set out above, (ii) you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful, and (iii) all information you provide — including your country of residence and date of birth — is accurate, current, and complete. WagerAdvice records your age attestation at signup and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or country of residence is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate termination of your account without refund or other compensation. We may retain the account data relating to such breach for legal compliance purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, state/provincial, national, and international laws and regulations regarding sports betting and gambling in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as an invitation or encouragement to engage in activity that is unlawful where you are located.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@wageradvice.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

WagerAdvice offers three subscription tiers:

Starter — $19/month
Pro — $49/month
Elite — $99/month

Annual billing options are available at a discounted rate. All new subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charges.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Share, redistribute, resell, or sublicense your account or any content from the Platform
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access, copy, or extract data from the Platform
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI models or algorithms
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
Use the Platform if you are a minor or if sports betting is illegal in your jurisdiction

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, predictions, analysis, AI model outputs, graphics, logos, software, and the overall design and layout, is the property of WagerAdvice LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform's content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, predictions, and analysis are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

WagerAdvice does not warrant that predictions will be accurate, that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content will produce profitable results. We do not guarantee outcomes. Past outcomes are not indicative of future outcomes. Past performance of our models does not guarantee future results. Sports betting involves inherent risk of loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WagerAdvice LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to WagerAdvice in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. You acknowledge that any betting decisions you make based on our content are made at your own risk and sole discretion.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WagerAdvice LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in New York, New York. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Referral Program

13.1 Program Overview

Every active paying WagerAdvice subscriber is issued a unique referral code that may be shared with prospective subscribers. When a new user signs up using that code and completes a qualifying paid subscription, the referring subscriber (the “Referrer”) may become eligible for a referral bonus, subject to the terms of this Section 13.

13.2 Bonus Types

One (1) free month credit per qualifying paid referral on the Starter, Pro, or Elite tier.
Five hundred U.S. dollars ($500) account credit per qualifying Oracle VIP tier referral.
Milestone bonuses:the Referrer’s third (3rd) qualifying paid referral entitles them to six (6) months of the Pro tier at no cost; the tenth (10th) qualifying paid referral entitles them to six (6) months of the Elite tier at no cost.
Sign-up discount (“Referee”): a new subscriber who signs up using a valid referral code receives a twenty U.S. dollar ($20) discount on their first month’s invoice.

13.3 Credit-Only Settlement — No Refunds

All referral bonuses are issued exclusively as account credits applied to the Referrer’s future WagerAdvice invoices. No bonus will be paid as a refund, cash, check, wire transfer, gift card, cryptocurrency, or any other form of direct monetary payment. Account credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and may only be used to offset current or future WagerAdvice subscription charges.

13.4 Ninety (90) Day Holding Period

Every referral bonus is subject to a mandatory holding period of ninety (90) calendar days following the date on which the Referee completes their first successful subscription charge (the “Qualifying Charge”). During the holding period, the bonus is displayed in the Referrer’s account as a “Pending Credit” with its scheduled release date. The bonus is neither available for use nor applied to any invoice during the holding period. The purpose of the holding period is to ensure that the underlying subscription is genuine and paid in full.

Once the holding period has elapsed without any disqualifying event described in Section 13.5, the Pending Credit is automatically released and applied to the Referrer’s next WagerAdvice invoice. Release is performed by our automated systems; no action is required by the Referrer. The release date is visible at all times on the Referrer’s account dashboard at wageradvice.com/referrals.

13.5 Forfeiture and Clawback

A Pending Credit will be permanently forfeited and removed from the Referrer’s accountif, during the ninety (90) day holding period, any of the following occurs with respect to the Referee’s subscription:

the Qualifying Charge is refunded, reversed, disputed, or charged back;
the Referee’s subscription is canceled or otherwise terminated;
the Referee’s next scheduled renewal invoice fails to collect payment in full after our automated payment retry cycle;
the Referee’s account is terminated by WagerAdvice for violation of these Terms, fraud, or abuse of any kind;
the Referee requests and is granted a refund under our refund policy.

Forfeited Pending Credits are not recoverable. If a qualifying disqualifying event occurs afterthe Pending Credit has already been released and applied, we reserve the right to offset the value of the released credit against the Referrer’s account as a positive account balance adjustment on their next invoice — in no case will the Referrer’s payment card, bank account, or other payment instrument be charged directly outside of normal subscription billing.

13.6 Credit Cap and Anti-Abuse

The aggregate value of free-month credits accrued by any one Referrer account is capped at twelve (12) free months. Referrals that would exceed this cap do not accrue additional free months (dollar credits from Oracle referrals remain uncapped).
Self-referrals are prohibited. Referrals between accounts controlled by the same individual, household, device, payment method, IP address, or similar identifying signal are prohibited.
WagerAdvice reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any or all bonuses (pending or released) and to suspend a Referrer’s participation in the referral program if it determines, acting reasonably, that fraudulent or abusive activity has occurred.

13.7 Automatic Application and Tax

Released credits are applied automatically to the Referrer’s next Stripe-generated invoice. No redemption code or manual claim is required. Credits may not be split, partially redeemed for cash, or combined with specific promotional codes unless expressly stated. Referrers are solely responsible for any taxes that may arise from the receipt of a referral bonus, in accordance with applicable law.

13.8 Modification or Termination of the Program

WagerAdvice reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice. Such changes shall not affect Pending Credits whose holding period has already elapsed and which have been released to the Referrer’s account prior to the effective date of the change. Changes may affect unreleased Pending Credits in accordance with then-current program terms.
