Submit this form to opt out of the WagerAdvice Data Partners Program for the browser and (if provided) account you specify. Your existing subscription and access to the Platform are unaffected — California CPRA, GDPR, and our Privacy Policy guarantee that we will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.

What this opt-out does:

  • Stops any sharing of your pseudonymous or identified data with Data Partners
  • Stops marketing communications and ad measurement
  • Stops inclusion of your records in audience segment exports

What it does NOT do (per CCPA / CPRA permitted carve-outs):

  • Suppress essential service operations (auth, payment, fraud detection)
  • Stop us using your data to provide the Service you signed up for
  • Stop us complying with legal obligations or court orders
  • Affect anonymous aggregate analytics that cannot be linked back to you
